Muscle toning
25 Minutes
5 Rounds
5 Workouts
15 Reps each
1. Box Jumps
2. Hanging Leg Raises
3. Parallel Pull-Ups
4. Feet raised Push-ups
5. Sumo Dead-lifts high Pulls (cattle bells)
Then after 2 weeks change up the workouts to similar variations to minimize plating. Add running to increase the fat burn.
