PHYSICAL FEATURES:

BODY FAT CALCULATOR
This Body Fat calculator is based on a formula developed by the US Navy.  Your body fat percentage is simply the percentage of fat your body contains. If you weigh 140 pounds and are 10% fat, it means that your body consists of 14 pounds fat and 126 pounds lean body mass (bone, muscle, organ tissue, blood,...).
FAT FREE MASS INDEX (FFMI) CALCULATOR
The FFMI is an index to take into account the amount of muscle mass a person is carrying and relate that to their height. It is not necessarily a superior index, but it does factor in different parameters than simply total weight.  This calculator will calculate your Fat Free Mass Index (FFMI). Many studies have been performed based upon Body Mass Index
(
BMI). While BMI is a decent indicator for the general population, it does not take into account muscle mass.

GOAL BODY WEIGHT CALCULATOR

A gauge of how much you should weigh, and the one used in this goal body weight calculator, is your body fat percentage and your lean body mass.

WORKOUT AND FITNESS:

1 REP MAX CALCULATOR
This calculator will give you an approximate one rep maximum effort based on the weight you lifted and the number of reps you lifted it.

EXERCISE AND WORKOUT LOOK UP
Look up each individual workout, its rating, and how many calories it burns and build your own routine that best fits your needs.

DIET AND CALORIE INTAKE:

BASAL METABOLIC RATE CALCULATOR
The BMR Calculator will calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR); the number of calories you'd burn if you stayed in bed all day.
To lose weight, you must cut your daily calorie intake so that the total is less than the daily calories you burn

NUTRITION SEARCH

Find foods with highest or lowest concentrations of specific nutrients. For example, generate a list of low-carbohydrate foods, or identify foods from a particular category that are high in protein and low in fat.
