Don't Buy into the Lies

There are 2 important things to remember anytime you are looking into supplements and costly workouts and routines.

  1. SALES PITCH:  Anyone SELLING a product, wants to get it sold.  When it comes to supplements and workout programs these people need to make a living too.  In reality, they are no different from car sales men.  So take their comments cautiously.  The odds are their sales pitch is a little inflated to help sell the product.
  2. NOT REGULATED: Fitness supplements like pre and post workout stuff are NOT regulated and can almost say anything as long as they say "results may very".  And as long as they add "These statements have not been reviewed by the FDA..." they can say what ever they want.  Because of this, supplement companies pretty much become propaganda machines when selling their product.  They us very poor so called 'clinical studies' to make you think like its been well tested.  95% are not.
So if you can't fully trust the guys selling the stuff or the companies making the stuff, who can you trust?  The people who have personally tested and used the products.  And im not talking about the so called "testimonies" on those lame infomercials or on the ads and labeling.   Those are hand picked by the companies and some are just actors.

Talk to someone that is NOT affiliated with the company and NOT making a profit by telling you about the product.  These are UNBIAS people.  The ultimate way to know how a product works, is by actually seeing the RESULTS either from yourself or someone you know.  This is also were we come in.
