Apps for Fitness

One of my favorite apps for counting calories and exercises is the Myfitnesspal app (myfitnesspal.com)I can search for just about any meal from any company and instantly add it to my count. I can also create my own recipe calorie counts like a PB&J all in one total count. I just scan the bar-code on the item or type in the name of the product. It gives me a daily calorie goal for a certain body weight i wont in an amount of time i want it. This app pretty much solves the diet issue when I consistently use it.
